Questions shop owners ask
Do I need to install anything?
No. Vividue runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer. Sign up, verify your email and you can start adding products right away.
How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days with every feature and no card or payment needed. Before the trial ends we'll contact you to choose a plan and pay by mobile money or bank transfer.
Can each of my staff have their own login?
Yes. Each person gets their own login with an admin or staff role. Only admins manage the team, change company details and undo sales, and every order and sale records who made it.
I already keep my products in Excel. Do I have to type them again?
No. Download the import template, paste your list in and upload it. Products that already exist are skipped, so you can import again safely.
Is my data private?
Yes. Each company sees only its own products, stock, customers, suppliers, orders, sales and expenses.
Does it handle VAT and EFD receipts?
Not yet. The proforma invoice shows your TIN and VRN, but VAT-inclusive pricing and EFD receipts are still being built.
